Switched-mode power supply

The IO-Link master device requires a power supply from an electrical distribution panel fed through a cable with the proper terminations for connection<link to next article on connecting cables> to the power input port (X03) on the face of the IOLM.
Current requirements are approximately 0.5 A per sensor and there are 8 possible sensor ports on the largest devices resulting in a current requirement of 4.0 A for the sensors, if fully loaded.  The IOLM draws approximately 0.3 A for internal needs, this results in a supply current capacity of 4.3 A maximum and less if the sensor ports are not all in use.

Part # Description Max Current (A) Circuits Terminals Tolerance (%)
DN1022 Switched-mode power supply 24 V DC 4.1 1 2 2
DN1023 Switched-mode power supply 24 V DC 4.5 1 2 2
DN4011 Switched-mode power supply 24 V DC 3.3 1 2 10
DN4012 Switched-mode power supply 24 V DC 5.0 1 2 10
DN4013 Switched-mode power supply 24 V DC 10.0 1 2 10
DN4014 Switched-mode power supply 24 V DC 20.0 1 2 10

N.B. All of these power supplies accept input power at high voltage (100-240 VAC) and require that the supply be terminated by a licensed electrician.
